Have you ever struggled to find the perfect piece of art for a wall? Why not make it yourself? There are so many options in acid-free paper at the craft stores. Here are a few DIY wall art ideas to get you thinking!
In this first example, I simply picked up a book of paper at the craft store, and a couple frames at Target.
Very simple geometric pattern, made a bit more dramatic by the wide mat.
And it was just the right amount of wall art for that corner of the room.
Here I extended the use of paper flowers from the window into DIY wall art.
Later on, when we were ready to move on from the flowers, I re-framed the shabby chic frames with striped pink paper and added a couple sepia toned photo’s to the arrangement, making them more personal.
Seriously, how easy is that! Do you have a wall that is calling out for some custom yet easy DIY wall art?
