Grill what you love, even the messy stuff
We love to grill on the weekends, so when my wife Susan was asked to test the Miracle Grill Mat, she promptly turned it over to me, The Smith Family Grill Guy.
To give it a fair test, I decided to try it on two family favorites, salmon and shrimp. We normally don’t use the grill for these, and I was particularly interested to see how the clean up process went. Oh, and I was told to mention that readers of {Your home, only better} get a discount on the Grill Mat by ordering it HERE using this code at checkout:

Salmon
Even the kids love salmon, but I hesitate to use the grill for it because of the mess and it sometimes flakes. So here we go…
I found it very easy to grill. It came out perfect and did not fall apart!
A little pineapple salsa and some nice sides doesn’t hurt!
Shrimp
In the past we grilled shrimp by clinging to skewers for dear life – no shrimp left behind! So I decided to try a more traditional approach using the Grill Mat.
Worked great! But next time I think I’ll use two mats so the ones near the edges don’t get nervous.
The shrimp tacos were a hit!
Clean-up
Here is where it really matters! My grill stayed clean, but I was surprised at how easy it was to rinse the Grill Mat.
A little wash and light scrubbing was all it needed.
Less time cleaning up means more time for S’Mores!
Overall, I give it two thumbs up, and plan to expand our grilling menu now that I know it won’t mess up my grill.
