While driving down the street of my old neighborhood, I noticed that a house I had previously blogged about in “Confessions of the Curious Driver” was once again up for sale. Apparently, I’m still curious because I just had to look it up when I got back home.
The new MLS photo’s were not that much different than before (it had only been a few years ago that it last sold), but I did notice that the homeowner smartly updated the fixtures in the master bath. Wow, what a difference!
I also applaud the addition of towel hooks, and the simple artwork.
I should also mention that this home is in “sale pending” status. I’m sure it’s because of the bathroom fixtures.
