Who doesn’t love avocado dip! Here’s an easy version of it from the PepperidgeFarm.com website!
Ingredients:
- 1 lime
- 2 Medium Avocado’s
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 4 dashes of hot pepper sauce
Luckily, we got a cilantro plant just last week. How timely!
It was very quick to assemble. The hardest part is knowing when the avocado is ripe – it should be a little soft to the touch.
Just mix it all together and serve with chips or, if you want to be unique, crackers!
